Service
All garments will be hand-finished, returned on hangers and sheathed. Curtains, bed linen, table linen and smaller items will be folded. Hangers are supplied free of charge. However, it would be appreciated if they could be returned with your next order, for re-use.

Collection and Delivery
Contact us and we will collect your laundry. Your fully insured ironing will then be taken safely away and will normally be returned within 48 hours. Our pick-ups and deliveries are generally first thing in the morning and late afternoon or early evening. However, we aim to be flexible, so please contact us for further details. Collections and deliveries are free within a ten mile radius of Bloxham. Distances beyond this will be charged at 25p per excess mile. Should you be unavailable at the agreed time or on the day of collection or return, then a charge of £2 per additional trip will be levied.

Liability
In the unlikely event of damage occurring, we will compensate the customer to a maximum of £50 per item. Any iron-damaged or shiny items found to be included with your order will be returned un-ironed, in order to avoid any misunderstanding regarding liability for damage. All ironing is completed in a clean, smoke-free and pet-free environment.

Payment
We accept cash or cheques and we provide an itemised receipt for your records. Payment is due on the return of ironed items. Cheques should be made payable to 'Pressing Engagements'.
